4. Payment & Refund Policy

Digital materials (PDFs, mock tests, recordings) are non-refundable once access is granted. Duplicate payments due to technical errors may be reviewed.

5. Intellectual Property

Copying lectures or sharing paid PDFs on Telegram/WhatsApp is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account termination.

Harassment of teachers or fellow students during live classes is prohibited. Users must maintain ethical behavior during mock tests.

These terms are governed by Indian laws. All legal disputes will be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, UP.
